Mr. Semo will be a panelist at the Police, Fire and Public Pension Summit, sponsored by the (Opal Financial Group), at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverwalk in Jacksonville, FL. Mr. Semo will participate in a panel addressing "The Role of the (Investment) Consultant" with Paul Troup, Executive Vice President of Callan Associates, Christopher Toby, Trustee of the Kentucky Retirement System, and Dexter Cunningham, Trustee of the City of Birmingham (AL) Employees Retirement and Relief System.

Mr. Semo has previously addressed this topic, most recently at the 55th Annual (IFEBP) Employee Benefits Conference in Orlando, Florida (November 2009).

On behalf of the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law, Joe will be attending the Technical Q&A Session of the JCEB (the Joint Committee on Employee Benefits) with the Department of Labor, on May 5, 2010. These sessions provide an opportunity for professionals providing service to the employee benefit community to address technical questions with those regulating the industry.
